2. Website access and hosting
The website is provided through ChatGPT Sites / OpenAI. Loading it transmits technical information such as the IP address, requested resource, time, browser and connection details to the serving infrastructure. This supports delivery and secure operation. This draft identifies Article 6(1)(f) GDPR as the proposed legal basis: the legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website. The actual logging, retention periods, contractual provider and allocation of roles for this Sites account still need confirmation.
3. Platform and international processing
OpenAI describes hosting and operating the Sites platform. The applicable processing agreement and transfer terms depend on the account and contract. Processing exclusively in Germany or the EU is not promised. Recipients, international transfers and any required safeguards must be documented for this account before legal finalisation. The general OpenAI policies linked below do not replace that account-specific review.
4. Domain and Cloudflare
Cloudflare manages DNS for the planned tellens.de domain. DNS maps domain names to server addresses. The intended domain is separate from the current Sites address. Additional proxy, security or analytics services for the future domain have not been confirmed and are not claimed here.
5. Email and pilot requests
There is no contact form or form database. The pilot button opens your email app with a recipient, infotellens@gmail.com, and a subject. Information is transmitted only when you send your message. Your email address, voluntary name or company details, message and technical email information are processed to handle your inquiry and follow-up communication. Depending on the inquiry, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to pre-contractual requests, or Article 6(1)(f) to the legitimate interest in handling other correspondence. Please avoid unnecessary confidential property or client information.
6. Gmail
The mailbox is provided through Google’s Gmail service. The account type, contractual provider, authorised users and any processing or international transfer arrangements still need confirmation. Google’s privacy information is linked below. Merely displaying the email link on this website does not initiate a connection to Google.
7. Retention
Inquiries and correspondence should be kept only as long as needed to handle the matter and ensuing communication. They should then be deleted unless statutory retention or necessary legal defence requires otherwise; further use must be restricted to that purpose. A binding deletion procedure and platform log retention periods still need to be established or confirmed.
8. Cookies and other services
The reviewed website code sets no cookies, uses no local browser storage and embeds no analytics, advertising, newsletter or payment services. Styles, script and icon load from the website origin; fonts come from the device. This does not rule out platform-level cookies or logging, which still require verification on the published site.
